Yedukondala Rao Veeranki received the B.Tech. degree in electronics and communication engineering from the Bapatla Engineering College, India, in 2010, the M.Tech. degree in electronics from Pondicherry University, India, in 2013, and the Ph.D. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, in 2023, focusing on advanced non-linear signal processing techniques for assessing emotional states using electrodermal activity signals. Further, he enriched his academic journey as an Assistant Professor with the Manipal Institute of Technology, India, from 2013 to 2019. He is a Postdoctoral Research Associate with the Department of Biomedical Engineering, University of Connecticut. His research expertise lies in the fields of biomedical signal processing and machine learning, particularly their application in emotion detection and classification, making significant contributions to the scientific community.
