Confidence C. Francis-Edoziuno, RN, RM, BNSc, MSN, PhD (c) is a doctoral candidate at the University of Connecticut School of Nursing, where her research focuses on maternal and child health, breastfeeding, pain, and stress. She currently serves as a research assistant on multiple NIH-funded projects, including PROMPT and OIME, contributing to biospecimen handling, physiological data collection, project management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. With a strong clinical and academic background in nursing and midwifery from Nigeria, Confidence brings global insight to her work on health equity and women’s health. She is a pre-doctoral fellow and active member of several professional organizations, including the Eastern Nursing Research Society and the International Society for Research in Human Milk and Lactation
