Amir Karimi received a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, specializing in the bioelectric track, from Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic). He subsequently worked for two years in the biomedical engineering department at the University of Connecticut (UConn), where he developed advanced circuit devices for the stimulation and recording of brain neurons, significantly contributing to neuroengineering research. In the summer of 2024, he joined the Posada-Q lab. His research interests include the design of analog and digital circuits, programming embedded systems, and the development of wearable biomedical devices.
